Beginning Monday, March 3rd, the Monday evening confessions on the 1st & 3rd Mondays of the month, at 6:00-8:00 PM, will MOVE to EVERY SUNDAY at 5:15-6:15 PM before the Spanish Mass. This is just a temporary move. Please watch the bulletin for further updates. Confessions on Saturday from 3:30-4:30 PM will not change.

Lenten Events

Lenten Eucharistic Adoration

We would like to invite all parishioners to spend an hour with Jesus in prayer. Adoration will be held this week, Monday, March 31 through Friday, April 4 from 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM in the Chapel. There are sign-up sheets in the Narthex.

Adoration will be closed April 7-11 for Spring Break AND April 14-21 for Holy Week. The regular adoration schedule will resume on April 22.

Friday Morning Men’s Group

On Friday March 7, we begin our Lenten season series: “Seven Deadly Sins/ Seven Lively Virtues,” a video presentation taught by Fr. Robert Barron. In addition, this Friday, Fr. Dan will celebrate Mass starting at 6:30 AM. We will start the presentation at 7:10 AM sharp.

We meet every Friday at 7 AM sharp and end promptly at 8 AM in the RCIA Room. Snacks and drinks available. See the bulletin for more information.

Prison Culture in Afghanistan

Dr. Alexis Chase, who was supposed to speak in February but was cancelled because of the snow storm,  will be speaking to us about the Afghanistan prison culture for women and children.  She is a Retired Gender Advisor, Corrections Administrator and Social Worker with 20 years’ experience in the field of Human Rights.  She is a member of our SACC Women’s Guild. All are welcome, men and women, to hear her speak on this very interesting topic. Bring a friend or two. Tuesday, May 13 – 7PM Rosary in Family Center followed by 730PM presentation.

We Can Renew St. Andrew

We have begun a second collection to help our “Renew Our Church Project.” The yellow envelopes that you receive in your regular envelope mailing should be used for this purpose. This collection will continue on the 3rd weekend of the month which are now designated as “We Can Renew Our Church Sunday.”
