Series on the Catholic Faith

Do you have questions about why we do the things we do? Would you like to have a deeper understanding of your faith? Start looking for those answers here. Sessions will cover a variety of topics including changes since Vatican II, Reconciliation, the Mass, Dogma and Doctrine, and some of the history behind what we believe.  Join us for a short series reintroducing you to the Catholic Church. The sessions begin September 17, and will be held every Wednesday for six weeks from 7:30-9:00 p.m.  Please feel free to attend any or all sessions, each session is independent of the others. Contact Larry or Tracie Vicario at 770-998-5971 with any questions.

About Us

Who was St. Andrew?

What’s the Good News?

Deacon Gary Schantz recently led a pilgrimage of fathers and sons to the infamous prison called the “Alcatraz of the South,” Angola Prison. More than two dozen parishioners participated. See the St. Andrew pilgrimage featured in the Georgia Bulletin here.

Communications Ministry Needs You!

St. Andrew is instituting an exciting new ministry to organize and facilitate our parish communications efforts.  The Parish Communications Ministry will serve to keep our own church community informed of the exciting things going on here at St. Andrew, as well as provide out-reach to local media and community members outside of our church. We need writers, website content editors, photographers, translators, public relations specialists, social media gurus and graphic designers.  All ages and experience levels needed! If you have a demanding schedule, this is a ministry that will accommodate any amount of time you can offer.  This is a fantastic opportunity for our talented parishioners. Please attend our first parish meeting on Thursday, September 25, at 7:00 p.m. in the RCIA Room to see how you can contribute your time and talent. Contact Lisa Regan at lisar7154@gmail.com if you are interested in helping with this important ministry. Thank you for your support!
